
RED VELVET CUPCAKE
Do you know red velvet cake? i know you do. So right now i’m going to tell you how to make a cupcake that taste like red velvet cake. here’s the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp red food coloring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- cream cheese frosting

ingredients:
- 230 grams of cream cheese
- 115 gr butter unsulted
- powdered sugar, according to the desired level of sweetness
how to make:
shake the cream cheese and butter, put powdered sugar little by little until the sweet fit and shake until smooth. done.

How to make:
Preheat oven to 190c and prepare a baking tray with paper cups. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl and stir well. Mixer the butter and sugar at medium speed until it looks fluffy. Add the eggs one by one. Pour the buttermilk, food coloring and vanilla. Lower the speed of the mixer, put the flour mixture. Mixer 1 minute. pour the vinegar, stir briefly, then pour the dough into a paper cup until 2/3 of the paper cup is full. Bake cupcakes for 20-25 minutes, or stick a toothpick into the cake. if there is no dough sticking to the toothpick it means the cake was baked. Once cooked, let stand 30 minutes before frosting it with cream cheese frosting.
